If you are a current BTG customer, you can submit trouble tickets online by double-clicking on the "B" icon in the System Tray next to the clock in the bottom right corner of your screen.

If you are not able to log a ticket from your machine, please call us at

(425) 947-4860
and select Option 1 for Support.

If you are not yet a BTG customer, please select Option 2.
